TurboTax Desktop only gets minor improvements

Stock sales and foreign tax credit improved since 2023, but overall the Desktop product is languishing.
· Why can't product registration use the personal information from my one and only tax return?
· It is so frustrating not to be able to copy information that TurboTax displays on its screen. You can't even copy and paste out of its tax summary! I have to save to PDF and copy out of a PDF viewer.
· The numbers in the tax summary should link back to where they came from on the 1040 form (like the magnifying glass on other forms).
· The gray and blue buttons at the bottom of the payment window appear offscreen if you're using large fonts. and you can't resize the window or scroll them into view.
· In Forms view it sometimes isn't clear why you can't edit a field. I was stuck in the maze of charitable contribution worksheets and couldn't change a number; I gave up and went back into the Step-by-Step interview.
· If you start an interview section then realize it's irrelevant (e.g. pension contributions), TurboTax leaves a blank irrelevant form behind. It should offer to delete the form, or say "Here are some empty forms that you may want to delete."
· TurboTax seems to keep supporting details forms from previous years but blanks the amounts. This is good but if you don't notice an amount of 0.00 where you didn't enter anything, they hang around (and will reappear next year). TurboTax should say "Here are some supporting details forms with no amounts in them"
· It's nice that TurboTax imports numbers from previous years (otherwise I would have ditched it years ago). But often it asks you questions when IT KNOWS THE ANSWER.
◦ "Do you have investment losses you couldn't claim last year?" -- you did my taxes! Your help even tells me where to look on last year's 1040 THAT YOU PREPARED.
◦ "Do you have a 2023 carryback adjustment?" -- you tell me! (And there's no help for this one, no guide on where to check.)
◦ "Did you file a 2023 state tax return?" -- yes I did, with TurboTax!
◦ "Have you filed an original return with a tax liability over $80,000" -- you tell me, I've used TurboTax for decades!

Fidelity download problem

Only problem was in files downloaded from Fidelity. My wife and I both have onllne accounts, and multiple Fidelity accounts within them, some held jointly and some separately. The downloads are titled only "National Financial Services LLC", making it hard to match to the Fidelity accounts. I ended up downloading duplicates and spent quite a bit of time getting it straight. It would help if the download file name would include the last 4 of the Fidelity account number. I got help from your tech support in figuring this out, and that was good.

Problem with getting Form 1116 and does total tax exempts as Colorado addback when some is not Colorado taxed.

this is the 4th rejection and it has to be your fault send bad data to the irs. None of my info is correct becuase you cant send last years data.
