Turbo tax sucks this year

The new format sucks. I was so confused doing taxes this year for myself. We usually do about 10 returns a year for friends and family. And, we are both VERY recent retirees from the IRS. I felt like there was no organization in the transition between last year's income data and this year's. I had to go so slow where I should have been able to just zip through some screens. The lines were thin. And the backgrounds were dull.

Great Product with just a few minor glitches

Would give it 4.75 stars this time, if I could. Have Turbo Tax Premier edition.
The list for non-standard W-2 filings did not include 'Medicaid Waiver payment, non-taxable'. Suspect that was the reason I could not e-file due to box 1 being blank (box 12 did though). Had to use a workaround.
Had to hunt around in 'Forms' view to apply my Fed & State refunds to 2025 taxes. Was not given the option in the interview process.
I wish there were a way to increase the font size, especially in the 'Learn More' pop-up windows.
Otherwise, Turbo Tax is a fantastic product which I trust.

Over 25 years of Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for many, many years. I still have program CDs dating back to 2005. Sometimes it goes great and sometimes I wonder why things don't update after I put new information in. It just might be I'm getting old and things are getting harder to understand. Anyway, I'm going to stick with you because I've never been audited.

Not sure it is worth the money this year

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and this is by far the worst experience I have had. Much more confusing and difficult, particularly around Required Minimum Distributions (which we have done for years), and when you don't want to import data but enter it yourself. Asking questions of Turbo Tax help was a waste of time. Although it imports some information, there is plenty that does not work properly. And the carryover from previous years is similar; it brings some info over but not as much as would be helpful.

Have used so long I can't remember when I started. I have never had any problems and completely trust Turbo Tax for my Federal and State taxes
