Every year now I have to manually review the Forms and fix an error which would have charged thousands in extra tax. I wont be using turbo tax anymore.

Over 20 years of Turbo tax!!

I used an accountant once back in the early 2000's. That cost too much $$ and I decided to try Turbo Tax. I've been a client ever since then. I always feel like you're getting me the best return possible. All I have to do is answer the questions. The hardest part is figuring out where (what form & in what file) to find the information needed! You'd think I'd have that organized better by now.

TurboTax is Great!

TurboTax walks you through every situation and asks you questions about those situations. It will give you advice or suggestions, but if a question is too tough to answer, then use their online help with a tax professional.

Turbo Tax has big problems this year!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years without problem.
This year's version has several errors. For one example, filing in last year's income with an amount that was over $400,000 more than what it really was!

No late filing E-File

Really much easier than I expected with ONE MAJOR issue. I was filing taxes a couple years late due to health issues and nothing in the software informed me I could not E-file more than 1 year after the Tax deadline. If I had been filing taxes in a timely manner I would have had no issues and would have ranked you a 5 but software kept telling me I could e-file my late taxes up until the last few screens when I had to backtrack quite a bit to find the print and mail option.
