TT is good except when it comes to 1031 Exchanges

TT needs to provide better documentation on 1031 exchange and Reverse 1031 exchange. The software is rather challenging in these areas.

Goodbye Turbo Tax

I've been using TurboTax for years, and I'm done! I spent extra to use the Premier edition due to multiple properties, and after all that work, I wound up with the standard deduction. I also had difficulties filing due to the interface with my Mac. I had a "0" as a value that needed to be deleted. Aspirin time!

Some explanations can be improved

Help is not good. I had/have specific questions about Max Social Security Tax. We are filing jointly, and the sum of our SS tax (as shown on Box 5 of W-2) exceeds 10,300. Turbotax said it would automatically calculate that credit. It did not show it. In fact, Schedule 3, line 11 shows zero. I checked in Help and it did not show the answer. I may have to claim it next year.
