State file needs to be free

Given the simplicity of my state form, there's no way on earth that I am going to pay $20+ to e-file a state return, when I can print the 1 page out and take it to my county treasurer along with a check (when I owe tax), or simply put it in the mail when I am due a refund. E-file saves the government time and money - why should I pay extra for their convenience?
Other than that one gripe, the TurboTax is great!

No safe harbor way to file form 4684

TurboTax does not have a method to complete Form 4684 using safe harbor rules (de minimus). This has been a problem for several years, and by now it should have been addressed.

Turbo Tax makes filing simple. I expected to spend 7-8 hours sifting through all the paperwork and documents, but I actually spent 3 hours total, which included reviewing many of the alternate selections.
