Not Happy With State Charge

Charge for filing the State Return was supposed to be discounted by $5.00, but was charged full price of #25.00 vs $20?

Deceptive

Turbo Tax was easy to use and explained why certain things were done. However, they offered to file my State taxes for 20% off which is $20, I accepted, but when I finished everything they charged me the full price $25. Very deceptive. Don't like that

Worst experience ever!!!! I've used Turbo Tax for over 15 years in a row and never had trouble, until this year never could e file my taxes, hours of online help and still no.

Wasted extra unnessary time and potential errors

wasted time with entering manual entries to 1099’s because if snafu with it downloading duplicate batches of tax forms from Charles Schwab. Could have been really bad - so it forced me to decide to purchase Audit Defense even thought Audit prediction was extremely Low - can’t rely on it

Good by Roth IRA section confusing

Normally I would give you 5 stars but this year your section on Roth IRA had a number of questions that were confusing and didn't seem to apply to me. Waisted a lot of my time.
