Easy to navigate - should pick up prior years data

Excellent program which I have used for many years.
Easy to navigate.
My only comment is that it doesn't always pick up information input in prior years returns.
I would also like for it review those prior years returns and make recommendation for the current year.

Turbo Tax is the only way to go

I have used Turbo Tax every year since first buying a house back in 2005. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Needs An Update

It went pretty well. It did get into a do loop when downloading from Morgan Stanley. I spent hours on it. Some data was not there so i deleted the data manually, but the app keep saving the old data. It's a bit clunky and not always intuitive.

Love TurboTax. We have been using it for years and it makes the whole process so easy. It steps us through every category, so we don't have to worry about missing anything.

A scammy product that delivers a poor experience

A generally bad, unfriendly product. The only reason to use it is that it still beats the alternative (yes, filing manually is still worse).
Scammy, takes every opportunity to prey on people's ignorance & fears to squeeze more money of them.
I sincerely look forward to the day when TurboTax is no longer needed.
