Turbotax is the best tax software

I have been using Turbotax for over 10 years and think it is the best tax software on the market. All of the self help features are easy to find the answers I need. The step-by-step method is very easy to follow and all explanations are very clear. Another great feature is the year to year comparisons of my tax returns.

Forms and their flow have improved. But the pop-up
Improve the clarity of the options when reporting foreign bank accounts and foreign assets screens which explain a particular item or entry, are in very small font. Give us the option to increase font size and make it more readable (for people with violin issues like me)

Wouldn't Use Again

There was such a huge error on my return that I almost started all over in another program. There was no clear indication why the taxes changed significantly with a new entry. I had to go into the forms to figure it out, and then go through the whole program again to fix the corrections. I also doin't like how it wants to charge me to make a copy of my return. There are MUCH better programs that don't charge nearly as much that offer actually help and explanations without charging more money. Very disappointing experience. I'm still not confident my returns were done correctly. Crossing my fingers!

Too much marketing imbedded in your product. I've used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and every year it gets worse.I'm getting tired of it. Is it time to use a different product? Maybe.
