First time problem with TT

Never had a problem with TT. However today I kept failing the state reviews. Several Hours spent but found the source of the error was actually on Federal return work sheet that did not carry forward to State return. Changed a choice from no to yes, and Bingo, problem soleved.

Turbo Tax is a great help when filing taxes.

I had little problem with Turbo Tax. I used your help service and was very pleased with the result. The Representative was very helpful and polite and answered all my questions.
The only problem I had with Turbo Tax was that the title bar drop down menu locked up and I was unable to save my tax report, although I was able to print it. When I reopened it I was at "We're ready to file your taxes" Since I had already completed that I'm not sure what to do other than leave it there.

All was well until I tried to pay with a credit card.... I have done this for years, but this year it would not let me. Keep telling me there was a snag and to try again later. As today is the 14th I had to submit my bank info to get er done.... wAS nOT hAPPY ABOUT THIS !! As now I had an additional $40 processing fee...

Can't rely on software -do your homework

-Poor handling of 1099-OID, and non-qualified income; because these are not imported, software should alert users.
-Very poor handling of Ordinary Gains for K-1 (1065). Software duplicates capital gains from imported 1099-B and 1065; software should alert user regarding this issue!
-Software never asks question about IRS IP PIN
