poor performance at the end

You disallowed me from e-filing with no reasonable explanation; saying there was a form needing a signature, which I believe to be in error, but you would not allow me to review the form and didn't try to explain the problem. I paid for e-file! Without a full explanation and the ability to correct an error (I've never had this happen before and this year was nothing unusual) I feel ripped off. I've used TurboTax for years but I doubt I will purchase Turbo Tax next year - again feeling like I paid for something that I did not get.

TURBO TAX is very good!

I would have given it 4.9 Stars, but there are several things that are a little frustrating and could be fixed if someone was to focus on them. First of all, some of the changes in appearance format from 2023 to 2024 are not conductive to efficiently going through the input. Another example, is a very basic thing in that if your address is in a state that does NOT REQUIRE a State Income Tax submittal, stop saying/asking for it to be started or completed. There are several other items similar to this in the details of the forms or sections.
So in general, I am very happy with the program.

problem first time

After I had entered all data, turbo tax for some unknown reason allowed all my data to be deleted. There was no cautionary warning! I had to reenter the entire data. I could not believe it! Makes me question turbo tax for the first time. I wondered if "you" were trying to promote the tax advisor extra cost.
Also in the checking out process nothing was said about paying Estimated tax at this time.

Easy and fast

Overall great. I love your product and have used for decades.
When I tried to print my returns things barfed. I had to save a copy as a pdf and print that. Later at the filing stage things printed easily and as usual.
When the $20 Colorado eFile charge came up it was NOT clear that I was using a credit card or my refund to pay that. I thought it was for the Federal and State taxes due. I figured it out and all was good but I was stressed and frustrated for a while.

Turbo tax is ok

Working on MacBook I found it difficult to get to bottom buttons i.e. continue, skip, etc. Program kept hosing up on MacBook. Had to force quit to clear.

20 years of filing with Turbotax

This was my 20th year using Turbotax. Still very intuitive package with options well thought out and logical. Great that we can download from financial institutions. Good that ItsDeductable seemed to be better integrated with Turbotax again. Suggest a review of the foreign tax section to make it simpler and less repetitious. Turbotax is still a great program for me to use each year. Amazing how well thought out it is.
