i have used TT for years but each year it seems to have more promotions for pay services and less explanations each year (or ones that are easy to find):(. Offer a link to the fed tax info related to the form a user is seeking perhaps.

Missed the mark on a couple of items this year

You should help set up an online account right off. Every time I tried to check on something it told me to log in and I didn't have an account, so just went to the IRS websites. And that 1098-NEC thing is confusing the way it's first presented. The IRS site explains it better.
