Live Turbo tax help is Awesome. I have taking 1 star away for charging/offering $40 to take the money out of people's pocket for one of the charges.

Go-go Turbo Tax

I have been using TT for years and I really do believe that the good folks at TT really are motivated to save the average person money on their taxes by covering all the many options in a very complicated system. Let's face it, our American tax laws are an over complicated mess for the average citizen just trying to get by. I believe that TT has helped millions over the years navigate through our American income tax morass.

I have used this product for several years and have always been very pleased with it. There were changes this year that I felt made it less user friendly. The worst was at the end when I wanted to file and could not indicate I did not want to purchase the AUDIT. The AI gave me an email concerning a charge on my account I did not want. I NEVER charged it. I simply did not want to charge it and could not indicate that.

AGI issue

keep got rejected for AGI even with 0 value. Turbotax website gave me last year file corrupted that does not help
