Need serious improvement for next year!

As a TurboTax user for many years, I must advise that this year's process was the worst.
1i. The download system is terrible to implement. You should offer an option to sell the physical disk as in past years. It was much easier to load/install!
2. The Q &A feature does not take the operator back to the same location that was visited, but rather back to the start of that section. Thus must scroll down to the area of interest EACH TIME!

The Turbo Tax programs for partnerships and LLCs are fantastic. The program walks you through every step and covers every base. I couldn't have done my own taxes without Turbo Tax.
