TT works as advertised

Worked fine until having to list all the countries where tax was acrued, but TT appeared to get the total amount correct. Very confusing and pointless over taxes less than 5$.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Software works well, but the "included" state return is a scam. Had to pay additional $15 to submit to the state electronically. The e-submission should be included as well. Caveat Emptor.

We have been using turbo tax for over a decade. A few years ago, a tax expert noticed that turbo was missing deductions for a rental property that was elsewhere in the return and deducting insurance from our state return. I was able to refile for 2 of 3 years, but could never get the last file to work. The downloading from our investment company makes the returns so much easier. We did have trouble reconciling the income stated on the income page with our overall income. The popup answers are quick and easy to use.
