I use Turbo Tax every year as always, I'm satisfy the way it works.
This year it has an improvement in how show the different categories. It is more friendly.

TECHNICAL ISSUE with installation - PAY TWICE !

TT Installation Codes can fail ! DO NOT BUY too early. I bought in Nov to see how my tax situation would look it for upcoming 2025. I tried to install. March for travel laptop and it would not install. Tech support says to get a new one and apply for refund on the first purchase.
Guess what ? Intuit refuses to give me a refund - this solution to get a new code was given by THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ! Well it's because I bought it TOO EARLY. Intuit still OWES ME since I had to buy TWICE !!!!

TurboTax almost makes filing taxes FUN!

I remember doing this by hand with spreadsheets, but reviewing all the IRS Forms and Instructions for changes, doing all the worksheets, sorting out the minutiae of my IRA results, this all used to take DAYS. Now it takes HOURS, and I can just download much of the data. Even my retirement free time is too valuable to pass up saving days for a mere $80+ bucks! (And it's almost like a video game.)

Very frustrated that I couldn't import documents from Schwab in my preferred browser, trying and failing twice and having to go google what to do was an unnecessary hassle considering what I pay for turbo tax.
