had lost of problems with transferring information from last year's returns. I also had problems where when I imported information from my financial institution it put it in twice or even not at all. I was not happy that NOW you have to pay for tax help. I think Turbo tax is getting to pricy just might not use any more.

IP PIN rejected

The IP Pin that the IRS assigns is a 6 digit number. TurboTax only allows a 5 digit number to enter. My return keeps getting rejected.

i completed my returns on 3/13/25 and thought i was all done but never saw a charge on my credit card. I went back to turbo tax today and found they had not been filed. lucky me today is april 14.

Great software, a bug for 529 account #

There is a bug for Illinois 529. Now the accounts were updated with starting with A. However, Turbotax did not accept and could not submit the tax returns. So, i had to use the old account number in order to submit the tax returns.
