Just overall a crappy product. They lobby the US government so they can charge us to pay to file our taxes. Additionally, its crazy they charge for an e-file. Finally, at the end they ask for my AGI. I used turbo tax last year. Why can't it automatically fill that. I hate Turbo Tax

Disappointed and frustrated

My experience this year was not as good as in past years. I hate the new way that you are facilitating importing tax documents from financial institutions. It is very off-putting and makes it seem like you are being given access and information that you do not need to fulfill the purpose. Because of this I opted to manually enter information this year which made the preparation process more difficult and less satisfying. I strongly encourage you to re-think how you implement the integrations and for what information you request when importing tax documents.

Illinois NR efile not working

Worked great for the Federal taxes, but has restrictions when trying to file a non-resident Illinois return. Everything looks good until the very end when I try to e-file and TT tells me I can't and doesn't give enough information to do anything except print a pile of paper to mail.

It is very easy and helpful with Turbo Tax, I've been using for the last 20 years. Never had any problem, highly recommend it.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
