The new investment income UX is horrible

I am really disappointed in how you re-organized the investment income section - it takes way longer to complete. Please go back to the old way - it was so much easier to have a list and work off the list.

Terrible Turbo Tax

Clunky to download and navigate. Data entered is not retained in multiple cases and must be entered multiple times. Intuit clearly spends little on product improvement. A better product is expected after all the years that Intuit has been overcharging for TT, a mediocre product.

Some of expenses are not always based on monthly payments. Next year revise the software and give the option to reflect maintenance in lumpsum too.

TurboTax NEEDS option to select standard deduction

I don't have enough deductions, so I always end up getting the standard deduction. WHY IS THERE NOT A OPTION TO SELECT THE STANDARD DEDUCTION AT THE BEGINNING OF USING TURBO TAX Deluxe, and then leave out questions that only apply if you itemize deductions, which I never qualify for anymore? I've used Turbo Tax for many many years, but I'm thinking about changing for this reason.

TURBO TAX PREMIUM SERVICE CHARGE SNEAKED IN AT THE END WAS TOTALLY NOT EXPLAINED - AND A DARK PATTERN FOR ANY USER. WHAT IS IT FOR? WHY WAS I NOT TOLD ABOUT IT IN THE BEGINNING? ALSO SOFTWARE SHOULD GUIDE USERS ON HOW TO OPT OUT OF THAT CHARGE. NEED TO REMOVE ALL THESE DARK PATTERNS IN YOUR PRODUCT!!
