Turbo tax is good, but could use some improvement.

Very difficult to navigate the investments area where it requires downloading transactions from the brokerage. It is not able to download all the transactions.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

isn't easy or is impossible to file tax extension ,,,,i have to mail it in now,,, also problem occurs where it says you don't have to use spouses first name (nys info form) birthday, then you delete and it says you need to have name and birthday, think I'm done with TT

Unexpected shock and burden after tax filing

No alert or anything until I efiled my taxes, and now it tells me I have to mail documents to IRS. Not 1 -2 pages, but probably 30-35 pages. This is nonsense and stupid. Why would to surprise your customer like this.

Turbo tax makes my life much easier to file my taxes and there are certain no new features which was pretty cool. Will keep using it all through my life!
