A useful tool for me for over ten years!

I use TurboTax because of the simplicity of transferring previous year data and my familiarity with the format. I have noticed over the years that TurboTax often tries to sell me services (tax advice, etc.) in which I'm not interested. Asking me one time should be sufficient enough to gauge my interest. I don't care to be asked multiple times.

Been using it for 15+ years. Terrible experience this year. Didn't transfer some things on Rental from last year. And worse, it refused to allow me to e-file, complaining that I had duplicate W-2s. I do not. I have 2 W-2 from CA (same EIN) that are for Medicaid Waiver, but for 2 different people, Would not let me e-file, had to mail in, AFTER I paid for the states which it also refused to allow me to efile

have used Turbo tax for years and always have connected to brokerage accounts. They are also the same as last year. This year, I was not able to upload my files & had to do the entries manually. The only message was to contact my brokerage account company. That's a useless message. I was able to log into my brokerage account separately, so I know the account name & pw entered into Turbo tax was correct. This was a MAJOR inconvenience.
