Poor quality Software

Poorly designed. Full of mistakes, Intentionally coded wrongfully to punish users. Incomplete and intentionally written and insists that user pay maximum tax. turbotax is pushing and force users to buy their products.
very dishonest and lack of integrity. If tax payer does not have basic knowledge, Turbotax cheat and punish user to pay superfluous amount to IRS.
Turtax is not even have a complaint department to fix the problems.

Turbotax is disappointing every year

I've used your software for years, but you cannot do the simple courtesy of remembering my address and autofilling it the numerous times I need to do so when completing my taxes. This makes me very unhappy and disappointed in your programmers' skiils. Each time I use you, I hope you have fixed this, but no, again, it's not fixed.

It is hard to double check where your total or number comes from. In the past I could go to Form and it will show the detail of your numbers. Why could not you provide that?
