TT is very easy to use. TT program and TT community has done a good job of answering questions. I have used TT for over 20 years and it improves every year.

Good until something unexpected then no help

Not much help if a return is rejected for IRS reasons, really needs some much better help functions.

I love the ease of navigating the website. The interview questions with the supporting insights are very helpful. And I can rest assured that the transmission of my tax return is safe and secure.

I very much dislike the fact that the state return is not included and the marketing/ advertising implies that it is. I will no longer be using Turbo Tax for my IRS filing or returns. Shame on me for not reading and the price comparison from online versus desktop are nearly half the cost, just ridiculous!
