Makes Filing less Painful.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. The trick is to know which one to order, i.e. Deluxe, Premier, Home Office or Business. It could be improved but is probably the best there is.

Doing taxes like having a Tax-pro next to me

Very easy to use. I like being to have guided step by step, and also have the ability to switch to seeing the forms. I also like being able to pick and chose what I will work on.

IRS PIN

The process to file with an IRS generated PIN is not explained and there is no guidance on where the IRS PIN should be entered. I have submitted my return for the second time hopefully it is correct with this submission. FIX THE PRODUCT.
