I love Turbo Tax

I like the software but it can be confusing.

I'm not happy with the way that the HSA is covered. I have been withdrawing my contributions for the past 2-3 years because the software said I over contributed. HR confirmed that I most definitely did not over contribute. I got an answer by googling it and found there was a clinch, and you had to go through the questionnaire to the end to NOT get the "you over contributed" message.

Good but not Perfect.

Had one issue with a RBC 401K account. It would not take that it was a 401K. Kept going in circles. Frustrating ! Finally selected “other” and it went. ERROR needs fixing. Also had a big headache getting on website to get the 2023 AGI. Should be a direct link. Not a smooth experience.

product is getting worse and worse, things are not as simple and does not describe what it is or gives examples. they give you a $10 credit but than dont use it like it should and just vanished.

Beware - Fed + State increased file fee

Janky glitch that didn't recognize that I had no federal return when e filing fed and state together, but it was charging me the "convenience fee" anyway. Either BAD development or purposeful misrepresentation. I had to efile them separately to only pay the state fee without the convenience fee.
