Great product. Makes self file so much easier. I've used Turbo Tax for several years and each year it gets easier. And, the program found more deductions than I could have on my own.

Update issues is a major flaw

I have been using Turbo Tax Since before 1998. It is a major Pita to update now and that needs to be addressed. Its enough to cause me to look at other tax filing means.

It does what you need it to - but expect add-ons

The software is adequate, but they nickel and dime for every additional item. Someone purchasing a Federal and State package should not have to pay extra for the state return to be e-filed. I know that this has become standard for them for the last few years, so it was no surprise. I still find it deceptive and greedy.
