Unprintable progress summaries

Really like the 12 (or so) summaries that occur while going thru TT. Some even compare previous year to current year. But only a few have a "print" icon. And they are prevented from right click copy and paste into another program such as MS Word for saving and printing. So I've been handwriting or photographing screen shots on these. Would be nice if each had print icons. Thank you

ItsDeductible never imported data

TurboTax worked fine overall, but I had to manually enter all charitable deductions because could not get ItsDeductible data to import. Tried multiple times and multiple ways; I even upgraded from Deluxe to Premier because online forums said Premier was working, but not for me! $20 and about 4 hours of time wasted. Fix this, or I and others may not be back next year.

$40 processing fee for refund

$40 processing fee for electronic refund? You need to have your refund check snail mailed to you to avoid this ridiculous fee.
