Lots of problems this year

I had problems with getting to the Intuit website to pay for filing. Problems printing. Had to make letter of print so small, I had to use a magnifying glass to see them. Been using Turbo Tax for 12 years and never had these problems before. I have always used the CD option before. Never the download. Not certain if I'll use it next year.

30+ years and never an issue.

Been using TurboTax for so long, I have the original 5 inch floppy disks from ChipSoft! If I am not the longest user, I am close. This is my 30th or 31st year filing with TT and I have never had an issue with my returns.

Overall very good. In desktop program, a little more assistance would be great (i.e., where to find, what line, your state tax liability is located). Would have given 5 stars if just a little more direction and help were given at some of the different stages.
