Much better than it used to be, but still locks up for no apparent reason and requires reboot. Be sure to save your file often to avoid having to re-enter data when that happens. When trying to prepare a tax return for my son after completing and filing our returns, TT locked up while trying to transfer data from his prior year return. Locked up computer and had to reboot.

Too many glitches, too many mistakes

After decades of using TurboTax, this is the first year I have no confidence that my return is accurate. This is the first year I have downloaded the software (because I had no choice), and I had so many glitches. I found mistake after mistake, and I am worried about my return. First time I have ever had that concern. Will have to find an alternative for next year because I don't want this experience again.

2024 program is not an improvment

Data input was more difficult than previous years and harder to follow. Input forms should more closly follow the actual documents that are received by the client.
