TurboTax makes self-filing simple

We have relatively straightforward income sources and received necessary documents. It was easy to follow the step-by-step approach in TurboTax and complete our return. The review pointed out where additional review was needed and the suggestions to revalidate certain information was helpful.

Turbo tax 2024 review

Simple to use. Well designed. One thing you all can do to improve. The small notice on the package that says See the Cashier for the product is pretty ineffective. I took the item on the display, went to self-checkout, paid and walked out. After I got home, I discovered I didn't have the real product. Had to go back with my receipt to get the real product. The item on the display looked just like the real product. This was a little frustrating. At least make the display item look like it is very different from what is need...maybe just a simple 4X6 card that only says in big letters that it is not the product, go see the cashier for the real product

I have been using TurboTax for a number of years - have never had a problem because the software is comprehensive, and offers superior guidance as you complete the respective Federal and State forms.
It is comforting to know that there is both online and telephone support available if needed.
