Not All Data Is Input Onto The Tax Forms

While this may only appear to be a minor concern, but it makes me wonder it there are other items that don't carry through to the actual forms from the data you input. I have noticed in prior years where if you answer the question about whether you would like a third party to discuss your return with the IRS, that information does not display on the forms.In prior years I always had to go to the actual form and enter the data there, otherwise it is blank. This year due to health issues I didn't remember to do the work that I paid TurboTax to do for me.

Turbo Tax PIN issues

Instructions for fixing return issues / problems related to PIN are extremely challenging to locate. When I finally found them, the instructions were correct. Somehow this needs to be more user friendly.

FORM 1095-A NIGHTMARE

TT REVIEWED EVERYTHING FOR FEDERAL/AND TWO STATES! EVERYTHING LOOKED CORRECT! YET WHEN I EFILED ALL MY FORMS WERE REJECTED BECUASE FORM 1095-A (WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED) WAS NOT FILLED OUT!! HOW WAS TT ALL CORRECT IF THIS FORM WAS MANDATORY!
NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE EFILE REJECTIONS WHEN TT SHPULD HAVE LMK THAT 1095-A WAS A MANDATORY FORM IN MY SITUATION. BTW I ALSO IMPORT MY LAST YEARS DOCS FROM TT SO THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT BEFORE I EFILES ALL MY FORMS. NOT GOOD!!

Turbo Tax is now nickel and diming me

Until this year I was a loyal Turbo Tax (TT) user. In 2024 TT began nickel and diming, so disappointed with their new business practices.

Never Again Will We Use TurboTax

If I could give zero stars I would. Using TurboTax this was beyond confusing and frustrating compared to other years. After suffering through terrible software, we will be hiring professionals to do our taxes from here on out.
