Good, but confusing when more than one

Good, but it's hard to figure out how to do the second family member's return without reverting back to the first family member's return.

Only one glitch

Excellent product. Only one problem. We live in Washington state and we do not have a state income tax. Nevertheless, after going through the state return section I am bombarded with promos and reminders that doing the state return is free, don't you want to do this? It happens year after year and nobody has complained about it? There should be a little check mark in your software so that once you realize that we have no state income liability we don't need to hear again and again about the virtues of Turbotax for state returns. This harassment comes very close to the end when we realize that we are almost to the end and we suddenly are held up by a non-essential. Aaaargh.

Turbo tax is ok but not always transparent.

I had some difficulty with the estimated tax form. I had to search for the right way to do it. If someone has a sudden one time jump in income the program should ask if this is expected for the next year and allow for a lower estimate for the following year. The state filing had many areas that were unclear. Little by way of questions and answers and just names of things for changes that might apply or deductions that might apply.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax continues to be a great product. It was easy to file my taxes with it and will continue to do so as long as I am doing my own taxes.

Good and accurate. Sometimes it gets detailed and asks for into that is not required; but doesn't say when it is required or just for my own backup info.
