Proceed with Caution

The product is cumbersome to use. Even simple tasks requiring clicking many boxes in needlessly complicated process chains. This is particularly painful because the software is not very reponsive even on a fast computer. Error messages are not helpful. They also are trying to upsell at every step with hidden processing fees.

Very Good but room for improvement

Very Good however several of the entries on the (IL) State Form are not carried forward from the prior year's State tax return. Also, when reviewing the summary 1099 payee section, the data should be displayed in one line for each payee and show more information. There is a TON of wasted space with very little information display for each payer. More data would be highly appreciated and would provide for a quick summary view look over before submitting for e-file.

Prior years were better

Previous turbo tax years were so much better when you could load the CD on more than one computer. It was very cumbersome this year only having it on one computer . Ugh
