TurboTax 2024 is buggy and unacceptable

Buggy. Can't print the forms I need to submit payment, nor estimated tax forms for quarterly payments. Many errors in RMD calculations. I will select different products next year to complete my taxes.

Not as good as last year's

This year's return did not include all the items I filed from last year. In addition, it would be better if the instruction is already included of where to find AGI, not going to a Youtube video. For instance, Line 11 on 1040 form.

Helpfull live agent, but a state form glitch

I did contact a Turbo Tax Llive person and she was very patient and helpful for me. My other problem was that the Washington State form would not download for be and closed out the Turbo Tax program. I did determine that I did not need the state form so I skipped it.

Turbotax 2024 was easy to use and guided me efficiently if there were any errors found, in order to fix the problems. I have been using Turbotax for my returns for over 15 years.I have developed a trust for it helping me accurate returns year after year. in 2024 I liked the newer user interface for entering interests, dividends and capital gains income, and review the entries for accuracy or duplication.
