CANNOT DOWNLOAD THE 2023 TAX RETURN FILE DATA. IT CAUSE LOTS OF PROBLEM AND FRUSTRATION.

Pay e-filing by credit card, not by federal refund

2024 TurboTax Premier was easy to use. However, Intuit needs to be more transparent upfront about the significant difference in the e-filing cost when paying by deducting from the federal return refund vs. paying by credit card. Paying by credit card was much cheaper!

Turbo Tax cannot connect without headaches!

The software installation has been a consistent problem since the Windows 11 requirement. The software installation package keeps insisting that I have no internet connection, which is completely inaccurate. When trying to engage "Expert Help", the hyper link inside the program again insists I have no internet connection, yet my browser can connect to Intuit with no difficulties.
