Turbo Tax is simple to use...

Easy to use. The HSA section was a little difficult for me to follow. I have a family HSA and the part that asks about my spouse is confusing. If I have a family HSA it should include her.

Two Turbotax errors wasted me hours of time and I HAD to purchase the desktop version to fix something that is a Turbotax error.. Am requesting a refund immediately.

My friends tell me that both Tax Act and H&R Block tax prep software show the form you are working on beside the question page. It sounds quite helpful and VERY TEMPTING TO SWITCH. It would be much more convenient than switching back and forth. TurboTax seems to have lots of unused white space on all screens, so there should be plenty of room.

Not as Great as it can be!

TurboTax used to automatically fill in last year's figures when needed for the current year filling. Many times, I was asked to go to my last year's return and find the form to get that number. Defeats the concept of having all of the previous info done electronically! Is TurboTax part of the government now? Seems more like IRS driven questions than an assistance helping you get the deduction you should be getting. Seems to help the Gov more than the consumer. I gave 3 stars because it is this better than other alternatives.
