Very easy to use. We particularly like that Turbotax can go to our brokerage account and download the necessary documents. We also like that one can go back to any section of the return as often as needed.

After 20 years, very dissapointed.

I have purchased Turbo Tax for more than 20 years. This is the first time I encountered any issues. The step by step process would never complete the step and only circle around to start all over again. This continued even after contacting Turbo Tax by phone and had a representative and a technician on the line only to be instructed to keep checking for updates for over two hours. I finally took control of the situation and went to forms to force enter the information by passing the step by step process. This also bypassed the qualification questions and review process. I had to revert to this method to finish out my return. What should of been a four hour process at the max turned into days. Very disappointed.
