Excellent!

i have been using Turbo Tax since at least 2013. The experience has been good. The only confusion is on the State of Colorado return. I am doing my granddaughter's return. They insist on knowing her vehicle ownership details but she does not own a vehicle. She is insured on one of my vehicles.

Intuit account is pointless

Really like Turbo Tax itself, but Intuit is really pointless. Tried to log in and obtain previous tax year's info, nothing shows up. I've been using Turbo Tax for like 15 years, but nothing shows up.

A pain to find, finally found the desktop version

Always a pain to figure it out and get started, but I've been using Turbotax so long and for so many people I've been slow to switch.
My local retailer was out of the desktop version and and Turbotax online was helpful, my wife eventually figured it out.

Turbo Tax - 1 free State filing - not

I've used Turbo Tax Premier - Desktop for the past 5 years and every year in the workflow it tells me I can get 1 free State filing and every year I select 'Yes' to use it for a return and every year I still get charged for every State return that I file. I think Turbo Tax owes me 100.00 and counting.

Bank Routing Number required doesn't match the routing number on my checks. On the printed tax forms it shows all Xs in the account field

Still great after all these years

It is a great product that I have enjoyed using for many years. This year's starting pages are a little wonky and confusing. Once I got started it was fine, but I began my return and had to return later and it asked me a lot of questions that it must have forgotten the first time. I chalked it up to an upgrade that happened after the original software was released. I am still very happy with the ease of use and the extensive information that it organizes for you.
