My experience was not good. The one big thing, Tubotax didn't load my 2023 return, I had to to manually enter all my forms manually.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Good but sometimes confusing.

I have used Turbo Tax since it was introduced in the 1980's. It has always been accurate and I have never had a problem or a return called into question until this year. The free version does not make it clear enough which forms are and are not included. Some if the fees are also confusing. I started out and filed with the free version. I then had to upgrade to the not free deluxe e-file version, with state, to add late arriving forms. When I e-filed the amended federal form it said to mail the state form because it wasn't included in the free e-file, but it showed it e-filed anyway. I checked the status and it showed state as being accepted. Was it the original filing or the amended filing? I then received a notice that the Federal amended return had been rejected.

Problem with e-fileing state return.

State e-file would not complete. I could not fix the entry needed. The agent from Help connected to view my screen and solved the problem in a reasonable amount of time.
