Not as great as expected

I had a Pixel before and was expecting great things, but this version has some bugs to work out. Locks up at inconvenient times and only restarting fixes it. Also, it lags when going to certain pages or sites. It shows you went there, but the screen is blank and unresponsive.
The camera is amazing, though, and hopefully the bugs will get worked out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The phone is amazing. Despite not having top of line hardware it doesn't struggle in daily tasks. Camera is beautiful as well. Would definitely recommend purchasing the pixel 10 pro.

Worst Pixel Ever

This is the buggiest phone I've ever had. I was so excited to come back to a Pixel phone after a 3 year break to an iPhone and it has been so disappointing. This phone lags with almost anything I do. It takes me 10 attempts to put the phone on speaker because the UI rarely responds correctly. Hopefully Google fixes it soon. Do not buy this phone right now.

Google pixel is not reliable

Do not buy this phone if you think it will be waterproof! It is not. My Pixel 9 pro is now dead after 6 months of use. After an inspection from Google, they claim it has water damage and want to charge me $900 for a refurbished replacement. My phone may have gotten wet in the rain, but never submerged in water. Google Pixel is dead to me after years of use all the back to nexus. I am stuck with 28 months of payments to make on a dead phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Pixel 10 Pro balances power and practicality. Its battery comfortably lasts a full day with moderate use, and charging is quick—plus the new Pixelsnap wireless charging adds convenience. The camera remains its strongest feature: AI tools like Pro Res Zoom, Camera Coach, and improved Portrait mode make photos sharp and detailed, though video still lags behind rivals. With storage options up to 1TB, there’s plenty of space for photos, videos, and apps.
✅ Great for photography, daily use, and storage flexibility.
⚠️ Less ideal if you want top-tier video or ultra-long battery
I would recommend this to a friend!
