I'm not really happy with the Google Pixel 10. I use it to replace and landline so I don't use much. It seems more complex than my iPhone 15. It came with a ton of pre-loaded apps and I prefer selecting my own. Answering the phone requires you to slide 'answer' to answer it, & I'm use to just touching the button to answer. The Setting of 'screen lock' doesn't work, when I set to 30 minutes and I have to enter PIIN. Finally got finger print to work but it doesn't[t always appear as an option to unlock. Not sure if it's an ATT function or Google function but the Spam ID is GREAT. I get multiple SPAM calls daily (10+) and calls are readily ID as SPAM.

Attempted to move from a Pixel 8 XL to a Pixel 10. RAM was the same at 12GB. However, after ordering, I learned that only with the Pixel 10 only 8GB was accessible with 4GB reserved for AI use. 8GB overall is a step down from the Pixel 8 XL and while this is probably enough in 2025 what about 2027 and 2028?
Also, the wireless charging didn't work. Put it on my pad and it said it was charging. I went back a half hour later and it still showed it was charging but the battery charge percentage dropped 2%.
Going from an XL to standard size was a letdown-- that’s on me,

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Pixel 10. It’s understandable to feel disappointed moving from the Pixel 8 XL to a device where only 8GB of the 12GB RAM is accessible due to AI reservation, and the wireless charging not performing as expected. We're glad that you returned the device and if you require any additional assistance, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for considering AT&T! We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
