Mostly Good So Far

Bake setting works well and heats up quickly. As does the broil setting.
But:
The knobs don't match when turned to the 'up' / 'off' position. It looks as though one is upside down.
The fan hits the side when it starts and finishes, making a lot of noise.
All convection settings either take too long to pre-heat or fail to get to temp.

I agree with the other reviewer that the knobs are hard to read. We placed glue dots to make it more clear where the indicators are. We also haven't achieved a crispy thin pizza, like we have with our previous, low budget gas oven. Maybe Forno can advise what the best setting is for home made pizza, in terms of bake setting and rack height. The combinations we tried so far did not yield satisfactory results.
