Great quality and endless customizations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is awesome and is going to replace my nespresso. I love the fact you can use whole fresh beans and ground up coffee depending on what you have. The customization options are endless with how much coffee to milk ratio you want for every drink. Only drawback is that it uses a lot of water so I have to fill the reservoir about twice a week. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Delicious Drinks

1. The drinks I’ve made so far taste awesome. I am excited to wake up in the morning to a cappuccino with caramel.
2. Once it’s set up, it’s SUPER easy to use. The machine takes you through steps for just about every action.
3. It’s easily customizable from water temperature, to cup size and strength of the coffee.
4. It seems to be pretty durable. Pretty heavy and made of quality materials.
Cons:
1. It takes good effort to set up if you’re new to expresso machines. There are LOTS of parts. I recommend reading the instructions first even though there are screen prompts.
2. There are lots of compartments to keep clean, but the machine should give prompts when it’s time. The pieces have been easy to clean.
3. I wish there was a container for the water when turning on and off. And probably a prompt. In the beginning, I would always forget to put a cup underneath to catch the water. Now before I start, I make sure I have a container.
4. It does take up a good bit of space. Far from compact. But I MADE space for it and it fits. So far, no complaints from my family, who are not coffee drinkers.

Amazing hot beverage machine

This arrived in the mail well packaged and easy to remove. The unit was easy to set up. The machine will grind whole coffee beans on demand and brew it in many different ways. It will also add frothed milk to your beverage. The milk carafe is detachable and can be swapped for a hot water option. This is a feature I appreciate, the hot water dispenser does not use the same area as the coffee. This allows the hot water to not have a coffee flavor. I have tried many different preprogrammed drinks. Each one as amazing as the next. As long as the machine is loaded it will easily make delightful beverages. You cannot customize each drink to your preference. From strong brew to light and amount, small up to extra large. You can also save beverage preferences in three different user settings making it easy to brew your favorite beverage. I am learning new things about it each time I use it. When it needs to be cleaned or rinsed out the machine will display a message and tell you what needs to be done. So far it has not been difficult to clean and maintain. The parts are easy to access and clean. This is a super fun machine for coffee or hot beverage enthusiasts. You cannot go wrong with this machine. It is amazing!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so obsessed with my new coffee system! I love the cleaning functionalities, after each cup it auto cleans when you turn off! My espresso was nice and strong like I like it and the milk was insanely frothy. I cannot wait to make a million drinks! I’ve already gathered so many recipes online to try. One small downside is that it is pretty loud and bulky. Doesn’t bother me though! Love it!

Love This Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that I have the Magnifica Evo Next Fully Automatic Espresso Machine I don’t need to go to any coffee shops! Set up was easy and it looks great in my kitchen. We have made espresso, coffee, lattes and everything between with no issues and taste amazing. The frothing works great and so nice that I can keep milk in it in the fridge to pull out when I want to. It is very user friendly with the touch controls and tells you step by step what to do. Cleaning is easy and does most of it with auto clean. Forgot to mention that you can store up four different profiles. Everyone in my house has their own profile for their coffee, which makes it easy every morning to get our coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love, love this coffee machine from DeLonghi! I feel like a barista experimenting with different settings and customizing wonderful coffee flavors! It also comes with a small complimentary coffee beans packet which has a great flavor! At first glance, the machine might look a bit complex, but it is super easy to set up. It comes with an instruction manual and DeLonghi’s signature coffee beans! For those who are new to this type of machine, here are some important points that might help you:
1. Before you start using the coffee maker, rinse all the parts that will come into contact with water — the water tank and milk carafe — using drinking water.
2. Switch on the machine, and it will guide you through a few steps. Dip the provided water hardness strip in a cup of drinking water for two seconds. After about a minute, pink squares will appear, indicating the water hardness level. Enter the result when prompted by the machine. If you have hard water, it will suggest inserting the provided water filter into the water tank.
3. Whenever you switch on/off the coffee maker, it will run a quick hot cycle to heat/clean things up. Make sure to place a tray beneath the coffee nozzle to catch any dripping water.
4. After making your coffee, the machine will run a rinse cycle to clean the milk carafe and coffee nozzle.
5. There are separate compartments for loading coffee beans and powder.
6. If you need the coffee extra hot, change the temperature settings under maintenance option.
Overall, it’s very easy to use this espresso machine, even for someone like me who has never used one before!
