Bought it and instant regret, the milk frother won’t register, I click it in and it says please put on milk frother. I got 2 cups before no problem. Tried everything . Not to mention the first one I bought was cracked no big deal took it back got a new one but now can’t use the milk frother attachment. It keeps saying please put in and I even took a video it clicks in but the machine wont register that its attached. It wasted so much expensive coffee just trying to get the frother to work. Other than that little things like the water tray fills up fast and is pretty noisy those things wouldn’t bother me as much if the whole machine worked fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

average. really a pain to get set up, can't easily change strength without the machine just returning an error message "I can't make your coffee currently" or something to that spirit. Hit the button again - and no problems.
makes somewhat better coffee than the keurig it replaced, but at the cost of a lot of frustration and time wasted trying to "dial it in" - 10 youtube videos and counting!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had the Evo Magnifico for a bit now, I love it. I love how you can grind full cafe beans and if you want a decaf you can use medium ground beans in a different compartment. We always have a full caf first then a decaf for our second. My only tiny issue is that sometimes, when using the ground coffee for the decaf, it tends to be a bit finicky. But for the most part I love our Evo!!

Blows Starbucks out of the water. This thing makes amazing espresso. I lean more toward the milk drinks, but the foam is perfect. The coffee texture is amazing. I do find the milk carafe sensor can be a tad sensitive which can cancel the brew if it isn't in exactly correctly. Not a huge thing, just my one nitpick. All around still a great product.

I've had a magnifica and a dinamica machine before, which I loved, but this machine is a step above. The water tray is greatly improved with no more spills when removing the tray and emptying it. The milk frother is easy to use and makes great cappuccinos. The drink selection menu is super easy to use plus I love the sweet messages it leaves when the coffee is completed. And the coffee it makes is perfect.
