So far its been fantastic. Its quick, tasty, and I get exactly what I need when I need it. I enjoy the americano, and the lattes the best. Im also impressed on how clean it.likes to keep itself. Definitely on a different level compared to the pot of coffee days.

This machine ruined regular drip coffee for me 😅 The Coffee and Long Coffee options are so smooth, rich, and flavorful that filter coffee now tastes watered down. Espresso-based but surprisingly balanced and easy to drink. Milk drinks are great too.

IMO, you buy an automatic (vs semi-automatic) for convenience. This machine takes that to a whole other level. It reminds you of everything you need to do (empty bin, fill water, clean milk, etc).

The espresso machine didn’t work from the start. The milk carafe was not recognized from the espresso machine.
