The machine is easy to use, and the coffee quality is exceptional – each cup is rich and smooth, like something you'd get at a high-end cafe. My coworkers love it, and it’s become a go-to for morning boosts and afternoon pick-me-ups. The milk frother is also a nice touch, letting everyone customize their drinks. Overall, it's been a great addition to our workspace, making coffee breaks even better!

Makes a mean cup of espresso!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying, I’m not the biggest fan of coffee at home. I’ve never had a great machine, so I jumped at the chance to try this machine. I’ve been putting it through its paces over the course of the last month, and I am now a huge fan of having a cappuccino or espresso every day!
Set up was fairly easy. The machine walks you through everything on the screen. It came with all the necessary accessories, including a water filter, and tester strips to test the hardness of the water you’ll be using. I live in Springfield, MA, and we are fairly well known for our great drinking water. The strips registered no hardness in the water after testing twice.
There’s so many different options for coffee with this machine. My favorites are a simple espresso, and the cappuccino+. The milk frothing accessory is great. Easy to clean. The machine actually automatically gives it a rinse after every use.
The only issue I had was that the grinder sittings seem to be a little off, and there was an issue with the grounds being really watery and having a painfully slow drip. That was easily fixed, and it’s no longer a problem.
I highly recommend this machine. It’s a little pricey, but the quality of the coffee is fantastic!

Great performance and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use. Has some great features, easy to refill water tank and bean storage. The drip tray is designed to keep it from getting in machine. I do wish the steam wand were metal but still it performs satisfactory. Only one drawback I've noticed is that it seems to need descaling often if you use tap water.

Make your own fresh coffee in minutes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am used to drink my country base milk tea for years but since i have tried Delonghi Magnificia EVO NEXT I really love to drink fresh brewing coffee with it. I like smell when it is grounding coffee beans and its very easy to use with so many options like lattes, espresso and cappuccino. I am giving 4 stars because when I received this machine my milk container is not working.
Lastly i like this coffee machine. New addition in my kitchen. 😊

Smooth and frothy coffee

This coffee maker is simple to use and clean. It can make a variety of coffees. It can also use whole roasted beans or ground coffee. I like how I can adjust the amount and the strength of coffee I want. The milk frother is simple to disassemble and clean. It’s great that both dishwasher safe and unsafe components are labeled.
I would like for the machine to come with a container to collect purges and rinses. I’ve been using a small bowl until I purchase a separate container.
The initial priming of the tubes and pumps is quite loud and jarring. It’s normal and will disappear after a couple uses.

The drink options are wonderful! The flavorful brew strengths are customizable and piping hot, as is the frothed milk. I would be hard pressed to find a barista that could consistently achieve this level of coffee perfection, and it’s right here in my home! Simple clean-up and maintenance add to the value of this, my second DeLonghi machine. It’s great to have elevated enjoyment of my favorite beverage(s)!
