[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sleek machine, the only downside is it’s a little overwhelming to learn the ins & outs, you definitely have to read & pay attention to the instructions. Many different selections to choose from. Cleaning, brewing, steaming & several others. First cup we did was cappuccino, it was delicious & strong! I’d say this is not an everyday thing, but real cool, nice & useful for weekends. You become the barista in the best way. Can’t wait to try all the types offered. It only let me upload 1 video, but I wanted to show the volume is not a constant loudness. Our new favorite appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is AMAZING! It's going to make my nespresso obsolete. The machine is smart, very easy to set up, and does clean cycles in between uses. It tells you when to change and clean iteams, like the filter, tanks, etc. Drinks are customizable by size and espresso level. The machine is also much quieter when grinding and brewing than others I've had. All in all, this is a 10/10 for me.

I am a repeat buyer, having owned a De'Longhi Rialta that provided many years of service. That machine required service over a year ago and it was somewhat rebuilt by De"Longhi but eventually it needed to be replaced. The service center noted it had made over 12000 coffee beverages. This new magnifica Evo shares many features of the older Rialta but with great improvements.
The milk frother is very much improved and quick to use and also clean. The graphic interface at the top of the maching makes a great pro look. It is perfect out of the box but you can make many adjustments with coarseness of the grind, volume levels, and flavor/aroma intensity. If ther is a negative it would be that the maching is a bit noisy.

Since I both this machine I like it only the grounding noise is little louder. Compared to Phillips one.Other than that it’s a good machine.

You have to treat yourself every once in a while

This is a great machine. I was thinking of getting a Ninja Luxe but talked myself into spending a bit more to get this. So glad I did. I figured if I am spending this much $ I better have an automatic one. It is so easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. Right now my fav is the cappuccino mix. I use sugar free Starbucks syrup, sugar free Torani sauce, Fairlife Whole Milk with either Tim Hortons or Lavazza Super Crema beans. Go ahead and treat yourself to this awesome machine

First one came broken, second works great so far

As title says, our first machine worked terribly. Luckily their service department is really great and the video chat option helped us figure out the problem quickly. They sent us a replacement unit within about 7 days, and now we are very happy. It does everything it needs to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
