Easy set up, easy coffee!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing espresso machine! Everything about it is very streamlined - from the way it looks to the way it’s used. Set up was super easy - everything was on the screen. The screen went through the steps step by step. It makes decent coffee and grinds whole beans and makes it quickly, within 1-3 minutes. The attached milk crema/frother was easy to use and install. Overall, it’s our go to machine to make coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am going to spend some time being really detailed in this review because I feel honored to be selected to try this product. Coffee is my life blood and for years my husband has encouraged me to splurge and buy a wonderful espresso machine just like this one. I have he hesitated, but when I learned that I was selected to try this product it was like Christmas had come early.
I’m going to start with the critique because almost everything in this review is lovely. The machine is somewhat bulky and will take up a lot of space on your counter. The directions are somewhat confusing because the company sells to people all over the world and the instructions come in many languages. When I set up the coffee pot for the first time, the directions on the screen skipped step number two where you add water to the chamber. Luckily my husband is an engineer and he helped me to figure this out and add water. I have not read all of the instructions yet, but it seems that there’s a lot of maintenance needed for this machine.
The good. As I write this, I am drinking an amazing caramel latte macciotto, which I made from the comfort of my own kitchen. This drink is really good. The milk is steamed perfectly and the coffee taste blends well with the layers of milk. I added a little caramel drizzle on the top for a fancy touch. I had barely scratched the surface of all of the drinks that this machine can make, and I do think that I’ll use it a lot this winter both for hot water for tea and hot cocoa.
I have not explored a lot of the maintenance menus yet, but I’m impressed that I could customize this to both my water hardness, grind levels, sound of the machine, you can really make this your own and save settings for several users. The included filter, make sure that the water taste its best and does not take away from the flavor of your drink.
This machine is amazing and I am so grateful to be able to try it. If you love a good cup of coffee, I think that you will have fun with us as well. Make it your own. I used chocolate orange, flavored whole beans and it gave my drink a really special flavor. Cheers!! 💕☕️

Obsessed with my new “self care” machine

It’s incredibly easy to use, even for someone who’s not a barista. The intuitive controls and customizable settings allow me to make my coffee exactly how I like it, whether it’s a creamy latte or a bold espresso shot.
The quality of the espresso is outstanding – rich, smooth, and with perfect crema every time. I also appreciate how quickly it heats up, so I don’t have to wait long to enjoy my coffee. The milk frother works like a dream, creating a velvety foam that’s café-quality.
Cleanup is straightforward, and I love the sleek design, which looks great on my countertop. If you’re looking for a dependable, high-performing espresso machine, this is it. I can’t recommend it enough!

Barista quality coffee at home

Brews a nice cup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a decent machine. Brews a decent cup of coffee and espresso, but the espresso crema is lacking. I had high hopes since Delonghi makes the Nespresso machines which have great crema on them. Not sure if it’s the beans, or perhaps an undersized pump. A month in and has some weird squeaks already.
