[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glad I got the 5 cup model... mainly I've used it to make fresh salsa, chop onions, carrots and celery for mirepoix. I like the blade system much better than the 3.5 cup also. The machine runs much quieter in comparison to a 4 cup Cuisinart chopper that I had previously. I did have some difficulty at first, not with the lid (which operates quite easily) but with releasing the cup from the base. Used just the tiniest amount of non-stick vegetable spray on the clip areas where the cup attaches to the base and then wiped off. Works perfectly now! Haven't used the whip attachment yet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy That I ordered this little chopper. It is sharp & does it all. I even use it to gradulize fresh herbs that I grow myself. Can't wait to use everything it can do!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this mainly to make hummus. There are many brands of small capacity choppers/processors to choose from, but this was one of the few with a 5 cup capacity. I have also used it to make chimichurri sauce - does a great job.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this 6 months and love it. Easy to clean, easy to operate. I've had other small processors and they usually pureed the bottom and left chunks on the top of whatever I put in them but not this one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my favorite appetizers is olive tapenade, but it was taking me so long to make it, because I just had this little mini food processor, so it took me about six batches to make it. For many years, I resisted getting a food processor because I thought they were all too big and would take up too much space on my countertop. I am so happy to have found this mid-sized processor, which fits easily in my cabinet; and now, it is so much quicker and easier to make olive tapenade and other sumptuous creations!
