[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This food chopper is very diffcult to get it to run, the switchin the handle is very hard to get it to in gage, it takes 8 or 9 attempts.

Smoking base

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked great the first 10 uses but then it started smoking when I was using it recently so I haven’t used it since and need to throw it away. It was nice and light and easy to use but had some electrical issue that was concerning. Curious if anyone else experienced it with these models? Have kitchen aid hand blender and mixer and they work great no issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My review for the 5 cup Food Chopper

I purchased this item 3 years ago and love it. I don't use it too often because its just my husband and I. However, when I have company over this product makes my life soooo much easier and faster. Don't know I managed before purchasing it. Clean up is also very easy. No regrets at all.

Purchased this as I have the smaller 3 cup KA processor and needed the larger one. I love my smaller processor, this one not so much. The blade is not fixed onto the sleeve as it is in the smaller unit. It separates, allowing the placement of a ‘whipping’ disk onto the sleeve. So, consequently, when using the blade the unit wobbles. It wobbles a lot. Didn’t discover this until I used it snd I can’t see sending it back now. But, had I known, I would have gone a different direction (or brand). It works, but I have to hold it down while it’s running. Seriously, Kitchen Aid? Expected better from this business.

Perfect for my needs

I do not want a full food processor. The chop and pure functions are perfect for me. I also prefer this size. I had a smaller one, but it was not adequate so I gave it to my grandson.
