[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chopper is by far the best helper in my kitchen. Chops evenly and quick! A breeze to clean, too. My sister bought a different brand before Christmas but she tried my Kitchenaid chopper and now will be buying one for herself.

I purchased my chopper in August and tried to use it for the first time last week. Doesn't work. Watched YouTube video to make sure I was doing it right. Doesn't work. 😩
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a fan of this food processor and I am kicking myself for giving it as a gifts for Christmas. I should have realized the discount was for a reason. Touching the top is not a great way to start the process. The top is not easy to get aligned and on to begin with and then when it is on properly BANG it starts! or you unplug and replug multiple times until the top is right. I expected a higher quality machine, this one should have been scrapped on the design phase not made it to the assemble line. I LOVE my KitchenAid products, but not a fan here. I feel I was duped.
